Staff of National Assembly Completes Two Day Program on Building Emotional Intelligence

About 51 staff of the National Assembly Secretariat completed a two day program on building Emotional Intelligence in the Civil Service, conducted in two batches from 21-22nd and 27-28th September at the Gyelyong Tshogkhang.

The program was conducted by the RCSC in collaboration with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute to “focus on development of soft skills for the civil servants so as to drive a happier and productive organization culture” by building Neuro-science-based mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence in the Civil Service.
