The first meeting of the Social and Cultural Committee of the National Assembly of Third Parliament was held on 5th December 2018. The Committee members unanimously elected Hon’ble Choki Gyeltshen, member from Maenbi-Tsaenkhar constituency as its Chairperson and Hon’ble Dinesh Kumar Pradhan, member from Ugyentse- Yoeseltse constituency as the Dy. Chairperson. The Committee comprises of eight members.
Subsequent to the presentation on the terms of reference of the Committee, the Members discussed the way forward for the Committee.
