Nine additional laws come into effect

The National Assembly of Bhutan is pleased to inform the general public that the following Laws passed during the 7th Session of the Third Parliament have been granted Royal Assent by the Druk Gyalpo and shall come into force as per Section 1 Article 13 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Bhutan:

 

  1. Fiscal Incentives (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2022
  2. Budget Appropriation Act for the Financial Year 2022-2023
  3. Framework Agreement on the Establishment of the International Solar Alliance (ISA)
  4. Biodiversity Act of Bhutan 2022
  5. Anti-Corruption (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2022
  6. Civil Society Organizations (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2022
  7. Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2022
  8. Supplementary Budget Appropriation Act for the Financial Year 2021-2022
  9. Tourism Levy Act of Bhutan 2022
