Moving the motion to bring the Community Information Centers under the Gewog Administration by 1 July 2019, the Member from Panbang Constituency submitted that currently the centers are managed by the Bhutan Development Bank Limited and the services provided by the centers in different gewogs were not streamlined.
....The Member from the Bongo-Chapcha constituency moved the motion to retain the post of Gaydrung in the gewog administration considering their important role and responsibilities and the benefits of their services provided to the people. In addition, the Member moved that the Gaydrungs be regularised under the civil service.

....Approval for Subsidised Rural Timber
The Member from Athang-Thedtso constituency, on behalf of the Wangdue Dzongkhag Local Government, submitted that despite the establishment of Gewog Forest Offices in the Gewogs, the public still had to travel to the Division Office at Lobeysa to get approval and other forestry related services. It was therefore submitted that the policy and procedure for approval of subsidised timber permit be reviewed and the authority…....
Into the third day of the deliberation on 12 FYP the House deliberated on the remaining 12 Key Result Areas, its key performance indicators and the strategies to achieve the NKRAs.
....Member from Lhamoi Zingkha-Tashiding constituency asked the Agriculture Minister on the plans and programs to support the farmers affected by citrus diseases.
....In the second day of deliberation on the 12 FYP and on the National Key Result Areas 3, Members pointed out the importance of Roads as the key to economic development as well as boost agricultural sector. Improvement of health, education and living standards to narrow the gap between the rich and poor. Key indicators to reduce multidimensional poverty line from 5.5 % to below 5 % was also discussed.
....The Finance Minister presented an overview of the 12 FYP, which starts from November 2018 to October 2023 in alignment with the term of the Government. The 12 FYP with the Objective “Just, Harmonious and Sustainable Society through enhanced Decentralization” is guided by the development philosophy of Gross National Happiness.
