The National Assembly of Bhutan today started a three-day plenary on the review reports of the Committees on the Bills for deliberation in the upcoming Sixth Session. The plenary is aimed to enhance information input and generate intense debate amongst the MPs on the Bills and Reports that are under consideration for recommendation and amendments.

The National Assembly Family bid Dasho Karma Weezir farewell after superannuating on 14th October 2021 as the Secretary General of the National Assembly.  His Majesty the King appointed Dasho Karma Weezir as the National Assembly Secretary General on 6th May 2020.
