What are the plans of the government to protect the intellectual rights of cultural industries in Bhutan from external forces? | The protection of intellectual rights of cultural industries is very important to preserve the cultural heritage. The government is working with international organizations like World Intellectual Property Organization to solve the problems. The Industrial Property Act and Copy Right Act of 2001 also exist to monitor the issue. The major problem faced is due to the absence of a strong international law on the protection of intellectual rights. |

What are the strategies of the government to manage the corporations since the revenue might be misused? | All corporations having maximum government share functions according to the Companies Act. The Managing Directors are also appointed by the government and the management of such corporations are governed by the Board of Directors. |

The yield of oranges and cardamom in the south is declining. What can government do to restore the yield and how are the possibilities of growing coffee and hazelnut in the country? | While inspecting, the Ministry has found that some cardamom orchards were doing good and some were not. It all depended on management practices. The study has also been carried out to grow hazelnut and coffee in the country and it seems to be productive. |
