Questions to the Health Minister

The Minister for Health was asked on the situation to mitigate the suffering of patients due to want of basic health equipments like Ultrasound and X-rays. In addition, the Member of Nanong Shumar asked the status on the availability of female nurses to be posted to every BHU. Revised Taxes and Levies Bill of Bhutan, 2016 passes as the Money bill

The Minister of Finance moved the motion in the National Assembly today for adoption of the Revised Taxes and Levies Bill of Bhutan 2016. The Minister said that it will immensely benefit the low income group of people, children and the private sector and asked for the endorsement of the bill by the house.
